Job Description:

As a Solution Architect, with experience in the Healthcare Insurance/Payer domain, you will lead initiatives to put together end-to-end solutions in the healthcare payer/insurance domain.

This challenging role requires senior knowledge and experience across many facets of healthcare technologies in multiple business functions, like, Member Management, Case Management, Eligibility management, Claims management, Financial Management (GL, AP, AR, etc.,) Provider Management, etc., with architecture and design patterns, strong analysis, and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a multi-talented professional consultant with strong leadership skills and deep technical experience in building world-class healthcare solutions using Pega, Java, ReactJS, NodeJS, integrating on-prem to the cloud (Azure), and hybrid cloud environments, container platforms, and modern data services, while understanding the governance, security, monitoring and cost management aspects of the entire ecosystem.

Skills/Experience:

· Take ownership of defining technology strategy, end-to-end solution architecture, and high-level design of solutions with wide-ranging technologies that include relevant healthcare technology off-the-shelf platforms/products for business functions mentioned above.

· Communicate thoroughness of vision for system architecture topology, component design, networking, and security of proposed solutions through modeling and using tools like Visio, lead elaboration and discovery sessions to inform solution design, set up and drive POCs/PoA sessions in the cloud migration and application modernization efforts.

· Contribute to DDs technology governance, by getting these solutions reviewed, and reviewing others' solutions.

· Contribute knowledge, tools, and positivity to the EA group and greater client culture and community.

Required Skills:

· Expert level skills in architecting end-to-end solutions in the healthcare space spanning multiple business functions in Payer/Insurance domain

· Experience with wide-ranging technologies used in the healthcare space, with expert-level skills in defining solutions in Pega (healthcare services, BPM, CRM, etc.), and leveraging SaaS and PaaS components of Azure, like AKS, APIM, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, etc.

· Must have experience in architecting custom-built applications using front-end(js, java, etc.), middleware, and integration technologies and patterns applicable for application integration (APIs/Pub-Subs/batch), data integration, cloud (MS Azure - preferred);

· Passion for technology, proven ability to provide thought leadership to business and other stakeholders, demonstrable expert level depth and breadth of technical knowledge, effective consulting skills including questioning, listening, ideas development, establishing rapport, and influencing by communicating and presenting complex issues with preciseness, assurance, and confidence.

· Demonstrable experience in leading technology strategy and solutions for large organizations.

· Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (PCSSA) or Certified Pega Certified Lead Systems Architect (PCLSA)

Desired Skills: Certification in Azure Solution Architecture

Degree Requirements:

Dussehra and it's Stories

Dussehra is symbolic as it enables people to win over their fears and celebrate the victory of good over evil.

The festival of Dussehra originates from the great Hindu epic Ramayana which says that the eighth incarnation of Lord Vishnu, Lord Rama along his brother Laxmana and his follower Hanuman with army of apes men, waged a war against the ten headed devil Ravana the King of rakshasas in the Sat-yuga, since Ravana had abducted Lord Rama's wife Sita.

This occasion people celebrate by burning effigies of Ravanas.

It is said that before leaving for Lanka, he had prayed to Goddess Durga for Victory.

This day is celebrated as Vijayadashmi or Dussehra.

Another story says

Vijayadashami marks the end of Durga Puja, remembering Goddess Durga's victory over the buffalo demon Mahishasura to restore and protect dharma.

The lesser known story associated with Dussehra is that of the Pandavas. After Pandavas loss in the game of dice to Kauravas, they were exiled for 13 years. In the last year of their exile, the Pandavas had to leave in complete disguise. Before they leave, they hidden their powerful weapons under the Shami tree so that no one could find them. When returned after a year, it was there found their weapons lying under the tree untouched. The Pandavas declared war on the Kauravas soon after this and won the battle against them, since then the Shami leaves has become a custom among people who as it symbolizes good will and victory. In many parts of the country people worship the Shami tree on Dusshera.

According to another story, in Ayodhya, there lived a boy named Kautsa, the son of a Brahmin called Devdutt, who had pursued his education from Rishi Varatantu. When it was time to pay his Guru dakshina, the Rishi asked him for one hundred and forty gold coins. Unable to pay his Guru dakshina, Kautsa's requested the King to help him. Kautsa's wish was answered by the God of wealth- Kuber, showered gold coins from sky near the Apati tree. Kautsa collected the gold coins and gave his Guru dakshina. He distributed the remaining coins to the poor on the day of Dussehra. Since that day, people have offered leaves of Apati tree to each other considering them to be a symbol of gold.
